It illustrates all known Baxter prints (as at 1983) and if you want to collect Baxter prints this must be your first book. It includes basic information only but is essential for identifying your prints. Once you have this and If you want to learn more about Baxter or his prints, please message me and I can advise the next best book for you.
As it’s so fully illustrated it is essential for anyone who wants to protect themselves against inadvertently buying forgeries. I am regularly seeing prints wrongly described, even by major auction houses, as ‘Baxter Prints’ - If it is not in the book, it is not a Baxter colour print.
