Print: Baxter CL 215 - A companion to Princess Royal - Princess of Prussia, which we also have available.

The Prince married Queen Victoria’s  eldest child who later became Empress Frederick, German Empress and Queen of Prussia, and mother to Wilhelm II.

He is shown in military costume, with large white epaulettes, and a red riband and cloak with fur over the right shoulder.

It was produced from an engraved steel plate and nine colour blocks.  This and its pair were published at the time of his marriage to the then Princess Royal, which took place at the Chapel Royal, St. James', in 1858.
