Print:  Baxter CL 325 - Published in Poole's Elegant Pocket Album, 1847, and The Sovereign Pocket Book, 1847 as well as being issued separately by Baxter.  The print shows this famous lake, thirty miles long and ten wide, a castle that once probably belonged to the Scaligeri, a royal family of Verona is seen on the hill. It is taken from a Painting by J. Crouch.
