Print: This is a full uncut sheet numbered 5810 bopttom right un der the print and titled in French under the print Le Pigeon Favori (The Favourite Pigeon). To me this is a strange title as although there are two Pigeons or Doves eating corn from the ground the lady is holding her ‘favourite’ which is definitely not a pigeon, to me it looks like a canary.
Most probably printed for the French market.
It was first catalogued in The Baxter Times of the 1920’s and at that time numbered 331
