Print: This is a full uncut sheet, sheet No 6851, showing ‘The Medicant’, a young lady brings out bread and wine to an old traveller and ‘The Hooked Fish’ A young man and lady are fishing in the stream and some fish have fallen from his basket.

 

Kronheim never gave them titles, so these were attributed to them when they were first listed in The Baxter Times of the 1920’s and at the same time numbered 316 and 317.

This is the third rarest sheet in the sale with only 50 sheets out of a total of 16,300 sheets sold

State: Two prints on the full uncut sheet as taken from the printing press including registration holes to help align the colours blocks

 

Condition: Excellent colours some toning and small nicks to sheet edges
