Date: 1837

Size (cm ht x w): 16.7 x 10.4 (page)

State: In book as published

Condition: The prints are very good, paler than some other Baxters in this series but this appears to be the standard for this print. They are obviously technically pristine as they have remained in the book, unaffected by light, for the last 180 years. Internally the book is very clean and solid, in fact it must be ‘unread’ as a number of pages are still joined at the top edge from new and never been opened. There is a small 0.5 cm tear to the left side of the frontis page. Externally the binding is solid but faded. It has been re-spined using the original spine, complementary paper slips have been used to re-enforce the inner hinges. Solid book at a bargain price
