Print: Le Blond Baxter No. 144. Originally published by Baxter as CL 235 in 1854 when its full title is:  The Ninth Hour "And Jesus cried with a loud voice and gave up the ghost".


Jerusalem is in the background, with a setting sun (or is this lights or fires burning in the town?) in an otherwise dark sky.


The print was produced from a plate and five zinc blocks, and was originally sold at 3s.
