Print: Baxter CL 5 in Fishers Drawing Room Scrapbook 1835 which includes the print as the frontispiece. Under the print is "Drawn by D. Roberts from a sketch by Capt. Grindlay", and on the right "Engraved and Printed in Colours by G. Baxter, 29, Kings Square"
Some prints are dated 1834 (as this copy) and others 1835, in the later versions it states printed in OIL colours so shows in 1834, before his patent, he was still adjusting and perfecting his process.

Condition: Print is very good with repaired tear to top page edge. Book covers rubbed and corners knocked, the spine is spilt to the bottom with some loss top and bottom. Paper hinges split but holding well on the webbing, dedication to inner leaf. General toning to page edges and occasional stain, one page loose. Many other excellent non - Baxter engravings in the book.
